Carven and Petit Bateau, two of our favorite French brands who do the schoolgirl thing the correct way (read: the non-adult baby, 30-going-on-3 way) are teaming up to give us an early holiday present. Debuting around the world on December 5 (or early on November 5 at Colette in Paris and 10 Corso Como in Milan), the collab will consist of nine individual pieces using Petit Bateau's heavy-knit jersey and range from girls' and boys' to women's and men's.
And just so you know how many cocktails you'll have to skip in order to make that collared dress yours, feel a tad better: The dress is the most expensive thing in the collection and will cash in under $320 (FYI, that's 32 vodka gimlets). (WWD)
