Great style is hard to come by, but for Momo Suzuki, it all comes together effortlessly. The Japanese-born designer of the minimalist-chic label, Black Crane, now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, who just so happens to be a designer as well. "My husband is my big inspiration for my creativity," says Suzuki, before adding, "His line is called Alexander Yamaguchi. We've been together for 20 years, and even though we are very different, we share the same aesthetic for clothing."
Come along as we tour the designer's lust-worthy L.A. home, learn about how she got her start as a designer, as well as her tips for how to keep a minimalist, chic home aesthetic no matter how small of a space you live in.

How long ago did you start your line, Black Crane?
"I started the line with my husband about five years ago. I wanted to create clothes to wear every day, and for the pieces to reflect the way I live. It's easy, relaxed clothing — almost like big cloth."
