Turtlenecks—maybe they make you think of skiing, or perhaps about French intellectuals, or dare we say, even turtles. But it's time to yank your long-necked shirts from the back of the drawer. They're functional (warmth!) and create a nice contrast when used in layering—like a base coat of paint. The black turtleneck may be the go-to piece, but we saw some colors and stripes here and there as well.
