So, when we find a one-stop-shop oasis like DTLA's The Springs, we're immediately sold on the convenience factor alone. (Can you blame us?) Boasting a vegan restaurant, an organic juice-and-smoothie bar, a yoga studio, wine bar, and wellness center, it's truly a chill-all-day kind of place.
But, since we can't quite make it there every day, we came up with a way to bring a piece of the health-conscious haven home with us. In the spirit of summer, we tapped The Springs chef Michael Falso to share his best smoothie recipes. The result?
