The creative folks over at PAPER Magazine have put together a Super(Duper) Market (the ‘duper’ being well deserved) in the Meatpacking District's popular Chelsea Market, which will feature live demonstrations and unique culinary delights from over 50 food vendors from across the country. While we’re used to pop-up stores of the fashion variety, this unusual three-day affair is sure to whet your appetite more than any brand-name-riddled clothing rack, no matter how big the sale. The food fair will transform the open space into the chicest supermarket you've ever seen (and one hipsters won't be ashamed to stock up at). Look for artisan cheeses, freshly baked, flavored breads, jams like you wouldn't believe, and basically anything else with a calorie. Hello, free samples!.
