Model Musings: Matthew Williamson Poses, Karl’s Original Muse Returns, and Alexa Chung For New Look!

Designer Matthew Williamson, known for his bold colors and sequined frocks, is about to become a household name—and face. Not only is the dapper gent following in the footsteps of Karl and Stella by launching a range for H&M in April, but he, like his leopard-lovin' predecessor Roberto Cavalli, will also star in the television ads. (WWD)
Williamson may be modeling for the first time, but another runway legend is returning to the catwalks. 52-year-old Inés de la Fressange, who was Karl Lagerfeld's first muse at Chanel, just walked the Jean Paul Gaultier couture show yesterday. The mother of two looked absolutely radiant on the runway in a sharp but age-appropriate black suit. (Grazia)
And last but not least, everyone's favorite "It" girl, Alexa Chung, is lending a dose of her quirky style and undeniable cool factor for London's New Look (a Topshop-type retailer). We can't wait for the ads to come out--wonder if she'll get to style her own outfits? (Fashionista)
