Running Tips from London Marathoners

As much as we love Zumba or Pilates, there's nothing as satisfying as a good old-fashioned run. It's free; it's meditative; and it's a great excuse to traverse London's loveliest bridges and parks while getting in a great workout.
Inspired by this weekend's London Marathon, we turned to some of city’s coolest runners, from designer Henry Holland to TV presenter Miquita Oliver, for their best fitness tips. They let us in on some smart sporty secrets, from the prettiest running paths and must-have gear to carb-loading tips and stylish sneaks.
