Guerrilla Tactics: FUCT and Champion’s Symbionese Liberation Army Sweatshirt

Okay, okay— we know there's nothing cool about domestic terrorists like the Symbionese Liberation Front. The self-styled leftist "revolutionaries" killed innocent people, robbed banks, and kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and brainwashed heiress (and future John Waters muse) Patty Hearst. Not cool. It must be said, however, that for a bunch of delusional urban guerrillas with AKs, they had a pretty damned cool symbol (a Hindu-influenced seven-headed snake) and created one of the most influential fashion images ever—the brainwashed Hearst sporting a rifle, form-hugging army fatigues, and rocking a boho-chic knitted beret (below). Terrorism never looked so good. With this in mind, we're jonesing for the "Symbionese" crewneck by FUCT, a streewear homage to the long-disbanded radicals. WIth the all-American symbol of terror emblazoned on the a all-American sweatshirt by Champion, it's a trapping of wing-nut radicalism we'd gladly fight for. (High Snobiety)
