No matter how much Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping we've done, winter always seems to sneak up and catch us off guard. Of course, we all want to keep wearing our usual short-sleeve tees and backless mules for as long as possible, but there will come a time when the temperature (and the elements!) outside just won't allow for it.
So, not to be your mom or anything, but it's better to get prepared for winter before you're caught freezing your you-know-what off. That means taking full inventory of your wardrobe and making sure you're checking all the boxes of winter dressing — namely: warmth, warmth, and more warmth. Eventually, you'll have to swap out your trench coat for a puffer, your sheer socks for some thicker ones, and the rest of your closet for, well, Heattech everything.
