Jason Wu Launches Candle That Smells Like Perfumed Crack

Our trick to instantly making a room feel less like a space and more like a place is to light a scented candle. Jason Wu agrees, and it's evident from his fragrance-spritzed shows and his perfumed atelier, that creating a mood with a scent is something he's rather good at. He's recently teamed up with Laura Slatkin and Nest Candles to produce a $48 candle — his first foray into the beauty market. The scent itself is amazingly addictive (trust us, we've been burning them every night just to get our fill), with Nashi pear, white Cattleya orchid, pomegranate, goji berry, blonde birchwood, pink pepper, coconut, and leather. Keep your noses in the air until April, when the candle will become available in 300 stores including Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. (WWD)
