With all the engagements, creative baby names, and Twitter debates, it seems like a lot is going on in the world of entertainment right now. But speedy unions and social media arguments aside, it seems that Hollywood has something else brewing — and it's following in the footsteps of Mexico's World Cup players. That's right: Just about everyone is going blonde right now.
Sure, the look will always be popular, but it really started trending again just days before 2018 when stars like Halsey and Serena Williams went under the bleach bowl. And although the tennis superstar might be back to brown already, the momentum has continued well into summer and straight to fall. Check out the latest stars to jump aboard the trend, ahead.

We're used to the Power actress with brunette locks, but her platinum hue is just as beautiful. A purple shampoo is key for fighting brassy tones, whether you've dyed your own hair or are rocking extensions.

Dua Lipa

Our favorite brown-haired girl recently went platinum blonde — and we barely recognize her. The new dye job was for Lipa's newest music video, "Electricity," which drops later this week. But don't be fooled: The new look appears to be temporary — thanks to what looks like a very convincing wig by hairstylist Sami Knight. Here's hoping the 23-year-old tries the trend, for real, soon.
