"I remember being nervous to do Victoria's Secret/ 'Til I pictured everybody with they clothes off," Kanye memorably raps on his "30 Hours."
Now, Kendall Jenner is the one giving the update on Kanye's nerves from the Victoria's Secret fashion show. She was without her usual retinue at the show, due to Kanye's poor psychiatric health.
"It's [just] me," the model said, according to Marie Claire. "Yeah, no one is coming out but they're all—I've literally been texting with all of them, like, the past couple days. Everyone's, like, freaking out, I got so many flowers from, like, all my family members. So, yeah, I feel the love for sure from L.A."
She further says that things are going well despite the fact that doctors are struggling to diagnose Kanye's exact condition. West was scheduled to be released two days ago, but is apparently still sequestered at UCLA.
"Yes, of course, everyone's okay," Jenner said, according to Marie Claire. "Everyone is doing okay, just praying."
Sources close to West point to the anniversary of his mother Donda's passing combined with the stresses of tour, running businesses, raising two young children, and lack of sleep as the cause for his hospitalization. West bowed out of performing at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2007, just after his mother's death. Her funeral anniversary, November 20, is the same day that he was scheduled to perform at Los Angeles' Forum. He cancelled that show, then the rest of his tour.
Recently, Kanye's arts nonprofit purchased his mother's house to turn into a community arts center.
