For Nikki Reed, the checklist includes officially letting go of her pre-Somerhalder days by selling her bachelorette pad in the Hollywood Hills.

As Trulia reports, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in 1926. The asking price: A modest-for-a-celebrity $1.295 million. The Spanish-style stunner boasts loads of original details, including hardwood floors, arched doorways, and colorful tiles. A high perch in the hills and incredible views of the valley and Griffith Park also accompany the stylish digs.
