Paper Towns comes out this summer, marking the second John Green novel to get the big-screen treatment in as many summers (we're still getting over The Fault In Our Stars). But, John Green would be the first to tell you that he’s not the only amazing Young Adult author out there. There are so many YA-targeted books with movie-worthy stories, complete with dream roles for young actors and actresses on the rise.

One of my favorites, Francesca Lia Block’s Weetzie Bat, is already being adapted, but as a high school bookworm, I have so many more suggestions. Get your hands on these options while they're hot, Hollywood!
