You can't have a party for Adult Swim without getting a little "adult." And, because nobody does provocative, occasionally NSFW onstage antics better than Miley Cyrus, hiring the pop star to perform at last night's upfronts party was a no-brainer.
Cyrus certainly didn't disappoint. Variety reports the singer pulled out a large blunt and lit up mid-performance at the New York City soiree.
"Are you guys drunk yet? Are you guys high yet?” Cyrus, clad in pink nipple tape and fairy wings, asked the crowd. “No?! You’re gonna be at a show where I’m dressed as a fucking butterfly and not be high? I’m down to share.”
She then passed her blunt to party guests, but warned them to "pass that back." She also added that Adult Swim makes her think of "country music and drugs." (Funny, some might say the same thing about the Cyrus family.)
It's been a wild week for the star. "Page Six" reports that Cyrus had partied until the wee hours of the morning Wednesday with Rihanna and Irish reality star and model Simon Sherry-Wood. Her "new arm candy" could be a potential boyfriend, we suppose, though when Sherry-Wood starred in The Real World: Paris back in 2003, he was openly gay. Let's not start monogramming towels just yet.
