Once upon a time, Britney Spears was busting her man's chops for being a "womanizer womanizer womanizer." Now, she's trailing her no-good boyfriend around town, checking his texts, and "marking her territory."
In the just-released video for "Perfume," the Sia-penned single from Britney Jean, we find our lovelorn Louisianan suspecting her hot boyfriend of two-timing her. So, while he whisks his mistress to their secretive spots (a motel pool, a rooftop), the pop star mopes around in lingerie and douses herself in perfume so his other girl will smell it and think, "Hold on, why do you smell like Cosmic Radiance? Who have you been with?!" Seriously, where's Oprah with her expert life advice when you need her? We say: Brit, just dump him already.
Sure, "Perfume" is catchy. But, the video leaves us feeling a little depressed. We like our Britney best when she's kicking philanderers to the curb — not chasing after them.
