Yes, Lagerfeld has drawn his version of the perfect maternity dress for Kate Middleton, and it’s very…intricate. The high neck and sweetheart neckline isn’t traditional maternity wear, but the overall look is one of elegance and sophistication. The designer writes alongside his design, “Proud to be pregnant.” In a dress like that it would be hard not to, royalty or otherwise. (WWD)
