The transition may feel daunting for some, but it's freeing for many — including some of your favorite celebrities, who are starting to embrace their natural gray hairs while in self-isolation.

Last week, Tamera Mowry-Housley shared a selfie on Instagram, revealing in the caption that — as is the case for most of us — styling sessions aren't happening at the moment. "Hello, grays," she wrote. "No getting my hair done during #socialdistancing, and I'm okay with it!"
Her twin sister, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, who has been vocal about her hair journey in the past, shared a makeup-free selfie with her grays peeking through.

Sarah Silverman accurately captured what social-distancing feels like in an Instagram post that also showed off her new silvery strands: "From weeping to dancing to worrying about sick friends to sobbing to playing call of duty and talking shit to the screen like an asshole. good or bad the greys are on point," she wrote.
