Alexander McQueen Commits Suicide

The 40-year-old designer was found dead yesterday evening from an apparent suicide hanging, reports the Daily Mail. A source at McQueen's office stated that "We are not making a comment at this time out of respect for the McQueen family." Recent tweets appearing on his Twitter reveals his state of mind, with disconcerting tweets like "sunday evening been a fucking ing awful week but my friends have been great but now i have to some how pull myself together" and ""I'm letting my followers know the my mother passed away yesterday if it she had not me nor would you RIPmumxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx." With the McQ presentation today, we're expecting an outpouring of love and respect to be shown from the fashion community. Our thoughts are with McQueen's family and friends.
