In her recent video, a glowing Lady Gaga unveiled Haus of Gaga's new wig made from real human hair and — wait for it — fiber optics. The light-up wig was made possible with the help of hairstylist Frederic Aspiras and ARTPOP, the name of Gaga's upcoming album title and multimedia venture. In her best pseudo-British accent, Gaga cites "a Disney princess in a rave" as inspiration. We expect no less from Gaga; in fact, we're surprised she didn't think of this sooner.
Though the singer isn't nominated for a VMA this evening, this new wig may be reason enough for her to make a surprise appearance. The brilliant hairpiece may even be enough to compete with Rihanna's surprising new 'do. So, will she show up? And, will she be wearing a glowing jumpsuit to match?
