An S.F. Artist Scores A Collab With Vans

We’d probably have to dub Vans the official mascot shoe of S.F. You really can’t turn a curve without spotting a pair of these rubber-soled nods to skateboarding. So, it makes perfect sense the SoCal-based line would tap our city for its Classics footwear collection.
Not only is it planning a big shindig in the heart of the city (more on that later), but it has also sought out one of our favorite Bay Area artists, shop owners, and expert Vans wearer. Serena Mitnik-Miller, to creatively customize gear for the upcoming S.F. edition. What can we expect? Judging from the sneak peek pic Mitnik-Miller has shared — a dreamy compilation of sneaks and such that are like comfy, wearable interpretations of her whimsical watercolor works. Now we can't wait to slip into these! In case you want to fete the collab, be sure to RSVP on Monday when the guest list will open up for S.F., right here, where more info on the event can be found. Talk about happy feet!
