The Easiest Way To Make Pizza —Right Now

I always love BuzzFeed Food for fun, easy recipes, but their pizza muffins might be some of their finest work to date. In a short video posted yesterday, they showed us how a muffin tin and just three ingredients — Grands! Homestyle Original Biscuits, tomato sauce, and shredded mozzarella — can result in delicious, moist pizza muffins in just 15 minutes. For those of us who like pepperoni, you can add some on top before baking. I am filing this under "awesome, quick dinner ideas" and "fun, easy food to make during the latest snowstorm."

And, just in case you want more ways to expand upon your homemade-pizza skills, it turns out you can also make delicious pizza dough from just two ingredients (yep, really!) and go wild with any combination of toppings. This was my major discovery of last year, and the first time I tried it, I could hardly believe it. Find the recipe below.

Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough
From The Slow Roasted Italian

1 cup Fage Greek yogurt
1 - 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

If you can’t find self-rising flour, you can substitute 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon of salt; add in with cup of Greek yogurt.
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until they start to come together, and then knead the dough on a well-floured surface for about 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Add in a little bit of flour at a time if the dough is too sticky.

3. Form it into the pizza shape/size you want and then brush with olive oil, add toppings, and put straight into a 450°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
