Boy Meets Girl: Backstage At Timo’s Tremendous Fall Show

We've got a lot of love for the boys behind Timo Weiland. Designers Alan Eckstein and Timo Weiland craft beautiful pieces that are both wearable and just off-kilter enough to make them unforgettable. Fall '12 was no different — from a large floral patterned pants and sheer blouses in bright pink and purple hues to long, floaty velvet dresses that we can image starlets sashaying down a red carpet in, we were instant fans of the latest from this relatively young line. We got to venture backstage before the show to see the guys putting the finishing touches on their pieces that could all be easily dressed up or down, and chatted with visitors like fellow designer Erin Fetherston, who had her own show the day before.
