Tara Subkoff Plans To Launch New Imitation Label

Still recovering from brain surgery last year, Tara Subkoff of Imitation of Christ plans to reincarnate the brand with new label, Imitation. The line will consist of "easy-to-wear staples with an edge" that take inspiration from Coco Chanel's use of jersey. Don't expect Tara to turn "Imitation" into something as large as IOC, though—the once-workaholic is taking it much easier from now on.
