Stay Warm This Winter By Wearing An Animal Head On Your Own Head

Sometimes, we're a little animal-like. We party like animals, take fashion advice from dogs and cats, hibernate like bears in the winter, and we've been known to devour a piece of cake like a wild boar. And while we like to sport a leopard print accessory or two, we're not exactly sure we like our animal-love to go too literal— though the super-adorbs Givenchy hats from their Fall 2011 menswear collection might persuade us if they didn't cost a few thousand bucks. If you're looking for a slightly more reasonable way to channel your love for our four-legged friends and stay super warm this winter, you can hit up Spirit Hoods. For just $129, you'll get a faux-fur hat shaped like the head of a panda, husky, tiger, lion, or other similar creature, that comes complete with a built in scarf with—wait for it—paw-like pockets to keep your hands warm. If that's still a little too much for your budget, you can get a $69 animal hat, sans scarf, that will surely keep your noggin nice and toasty. Although we're thinking these would make super-cute gifts for the younger siblings and cousins in our lives, we're not sure we'd rock these on the streets, though maybe we'll change our tune once January rolls around and we realize that beanies and berets can only do so much. We're turning this one over to you— click through our slideshow and tell us, would you wear one of these faux-fur faux-animal hats?
