Using shatter polish, she simply employs a few different brushstrokes to create a host of entirely new looks. Finish it off with a simple swipe of topcoat and — ta-da! — nail art. Genius, we say. Not to mention the fact it helps give your shatter polish — which, let's face it, kind of has a limited life span in terms of how often you use it — new purpose.
