Take a look at the pouts of celebs, models, and cool girls right now, and you'll notice a unifying theme: orange lipstick. It's the color of the moment. Some might even say it's the new red — but we think it's a color that deserves its own category alongside red. Orange isn't a new version of anything. It stands alone, in all of its citrus glory.

When it comes to embracing this trend, though, we're a company divided. Some of us have already lined up a menagerie of orange lippies in anticipation of spring, while others are convinced they could never pull it off. However, here on the beauty team, we firmly believe that this is a universally flattering shade. It's just a matter of finding the best hue for one's skin tone.
