While we were all bundled up last Thursday, lucky foodies got to show some skin at Miami's 2011 Food & Wine Burger Bash. On hand to add to the good times was one of our favorite NYC cooks, Marc Forgione (his restaurant is steps away from our office), the Food Network's newest Iron Chef, who brought "A Taste Of Brazil" to the festivities. And who better to partner up with than Brazilian institution, flip-flop brand Havaianas? Forgione whipped up a mouth-watering menu inspired by some seriously stylish sandal styles—think Coconut Beignets and Strawberry Batida.
