Lower-Lid Liner That Makes You Look Cool, Not Sleepy

We'll just come right out and say it: Lining our lower lids makes us nervous. And, who can blame us? When it comes to accenting the bottom halves of our peepers, the potential-disaster factor is high. (Consider our middle-school yearbook a perfect example.) Throw in the fact that improperly executed lower-lid makeup can actually make eyes appear smaller, and we're downright shakin' in our boots.
So, we called in a man who's never met a beauty conundrum he can't conquer: makeup pro James Vincent. With just three products, he gave our styling assistant Rachel a totally wide-eyed look — and opened our eyes to a whole new world of possibility. See for yourself, above.
Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder in Medium, $44, available at Nordstrom; London Brush Company #2/A Angled Brush, $25, available at London Brush Company; Ardency Inn Modster Smooth Ride Supercharged Eyeliner in Deep Purple, $19, available at Sephora.
