Julia Frakes Appears In Gap’s First-Ever China Campaign

Julia Frakes, writer, fashion-fan, and model, has been shot by Annie Leibovitz to appear in Gap China's first-ever campaign. Wearing her signature mismatch of patterns and styles (Florals and a flag-print? Why not?), Julia might seem like a strange choice for the inaugural launch, considering the bevy of other more-established models with Chinese-appeal. But judging from the amount of coverage that she's been getting in Asian magazines, Frakes isn't only big in Japan, but also in China, Korea, and other Eastern countries. What do you think about the casting choice? (Next Model Facebook)
