"Spooky Savannah" are words Chris Benz used to describe his fall '11 collection, and did he ever deliver on that promise. The look was Southern belles who had gone askew with wayward floral chiffon and satin dresses styled with pointy, witch-like hats and knits with an almost moth-eaten quality. Throughout the collection, Chris Benz stayed true to his playful, often campy perspective on fashion with the debutante-meets-granny vibe, but also showed a lot of growth by incorporating a more mature silhouette and color palette into the looks. Unfortunately, the clothes weren't the only thing casting spells at the presentation—a few of the models fell prey to fainting spells, but were promptly attended to, while others were given water to hydrate.
