Okay, so we’ve already established that Katia Pryce is the queen of fun ab exercises. We initially giggled while trying her sexy “lasso” move — but then our cores felt the (love/hate) burn of muscles being worked. Now, the founder of KPDanceBody shares another of her favorite sassy-and-effective sculpting exercises.
For abs with attitude, click through to see a breakdown of how to properly perform this cardio-dance move — and a bonus GIF that puts all the steps together.

Stand tall with your abs engaged and your feet together. Raise your arms out to the sides at shoulder-height, keeping a slight bend in your elbows, and your hands flexed. Now, shift your weight to your right leg. Raise onto the ball of your left foot, and twist your left leg in, towards your body’s midline.

In a fluid motion, transfer the weight to your left leg, raise onto the ball of your right foot, and twist your right leg in. Be sure that your arms don’t drop and that your shoulders remain rolled down and away from your ears. Repeat this salsa-inspired motion again.

As you end with your right leg twisting in, raise your right arm overhead with your right palm facing away from your body.

Begin to simultaneously lower your right arm, flipping it so that your right palm now faces up, while lifting your right hip up as if to meet your right elbow. Then, reverse the motion.
Now, put all the steps together, and continue moving back and forth for 30 seconds. Then, switch sides and repeat for abs with attitude.
