Look Alive, Culture Vultures: Shoreditch Has a New Pop-Up Gallery

Ticking off the items on our holiday shopping list without venturing anywhere near Oxford Circus? Now that's what we call a Christmas miracle.

Besides its prime location in the Tony's space just off Brick Lane — and the obvious cultural stimulation it offer — Atomica, the new pop-up art gallery also boasts an impressive array of gift options ranging from framed prints to quirky ceramics for your loved ones.

Describing themselves as devotees of contemporary art, John Waters, and punk rock, founders Orla Bennett and Holly Lander have amassed a collection of truly original ceramics and prints from artists all over the globe, including Americans Derek Yaniger, Richie Fahey, and Matte Stephens and Brits James Clapham, Sophie Alda, Tom Bagshaw, Castro Smith, and CheekyTiki (whose kitschy Polynesian glasses will set you back just over a tenner).

All prints, including Ryan Heshka's exclusive 3-D Bi-Polar Robot Telephone Girl, have been signed and numbered by the artists, with price points ranging from the definitely manageable to the only-if-I-win-the-National-Lottery.
