Screw Eastern Europe. Though the gazelles of the former Soviet Bloc still rule the catwalks, it's England that's produced the It girls and rock-star goddesses that have dominated editorials for the last two decades. Kate, Twiggy, Lily, Daisy—all limeys one and all. Now, Fashionologie reports, Brit mag i-D has collected twelve of the Sceptred Isle's best, most iconic models in a series of covers shot by lensman Sølve Sundsbø and styled by Edward Enninful. We can't really imagine the logistics involved when one tries to corral the Deyn, Tennant, and Dellal for one series of close ups, but the man did. Enniful and his staff alike deserve the Victoria Cross just for wrangling Naomi. (Fashionologie)
