Bobbi Kristina Brown may have been laid to rest last month, but her estate is wasting no time going after boyfriend Nick Gordon. Bedelia Hargrove, the late 22-year-old's conservator, amended the lawsuit against Nick on Thursday, alleging that he is the one responsible for Bobbi's wrongful death. "I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown," Hargrove said in a statement to Us Weekly. "I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count of wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown." According to the amended lawsuit, Nick allegedly fed Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's late daughter a "toxic cocktail" that left her unconscious so he could put her face down in the bath tub. He also allegedly physically beat his then-girlfriend so that her "mouth was swollen, and she had teeth hanging loosely from her mouth." Nick is also being accused of withdrawing thousands of dollars from Bobbi Kristina's accounts and was served on July 12. His lawyers, however, advised him not to open the papers thanks to a Florida law forbidding people from being served on Sundays. Bobbi Kristina was originally found unconscious on January 31 and placed into a medically induced coma. She was buried next to her mother in New Jersey.
