Mike Huckabee Makes A Beyond Offensive Holocaust Comparison

Mike Huckabee may be behind fellow Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump in the polls, but the two are neck-and-neck when it comes to making outrageous, polarizing comments. The former governor of Arkansas compared President Obama's nuclear program negotiations with Iran to the Holocaust in an interview with conservative outlet Breitbart News Saturday. The same interview also saw the candidate blasting Planned Parenthood for "chopping up babies." “This president’s foreign policy is the most feckless in American history," Huckabee said in regard to Obama's Iran deal. It is so naive that he would trust the Iranians. By doing so, he will take the Israelis and march them to the door of the oven." It's not simply that the reference to the deaths of millions of Jew is unbelievably offensive. As many on Twitter have noted, it also glosses over the fact that Huckabee himself was once in support of the Iran negotiations.
Huckabee also touched on his plan to shut Planned Parenthood down, calling abortion a "42-year nightmare." “It is disgusting to fund an organization like Planned Parenthood that chops up babies and sells the parts like parts to a Buick," he said (a claim that has no basis in reality). Just a little something to think about during the primaries.
