As much as we hope everyone takes a minute to put down their digital devices to enjoy a good picnic or fireworks display this weekend, it's also an irresistible holiday weekend for documenting good times. And we are forever grateful for the celebrities who enjoy sharing their 4th of July spirit with the rest of us on social media.

That's how we know Taylor Swift is teaching Scottish boyfriend Calvin Harris a thing or two about grillin', American style. And also how she threw the mother of all parties on Saturday for her posse, including the Haim girls, Gigi Hadid, Nick and Joe Jonas, Martha Hunt, and Empire actress Serayah McNeill. Kim Kardashian set some kind of record for amount of stars and stripes worn. Gwyneth Paltrow and Anna Kendrick just made us majorly jealous about their picturesque settings.

The Independent Woman herself, Beyoncé, is keeping things cool in stripes (not stars). Demi Lovato is clearly having a good time blending work and pleasure by promoting "Cool for the Summer" at pool parties. And Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka totally invited us over for their seaside feast. It all looks exactly like your own celebrations, doesn't it?
