We Want To Wear ALL Of These Food Hats

Phil Ferguson, 22, lives a seemingly normal life, working at a burger joint in Melbourne, Australia. After a few months of living in a new city, he realized he needed a way to make some new friends. But instead of hitting up a bar or trying his hand at online dating, Ferguson opted to take up crocheting.
At first, this may sound like a craft your grandparents might pick up to pass the time. But Phil's enormous, handmade, food-themed hats are not your granny's knits. Phil's Instagram account, ChillyPhilly, where he shares his outsized creations, now has more than 70,000 followers. So, you could say he accomplished his goal of connecting with more people — and then some.
While he doesn't currently sell his hats, we're hoping we'll be able to purchase a crocheted taco ruff at some point in the very near future. Ahead, some of our favorite Phil Ferguson headwear.
