The Girls creator recently posted a personal message about the positive effects exercise has had on her life, including her previously revealed battle with anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. Check it out:
Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with Girls Season 5 and here is why: it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible. It looks like Dunham has joined celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's tribe, which includes fabulous fitness buffs Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Madonna, Molly Sims and many, many more.
Anderson has previously expressed an interest in , a sentiment that we weren't entirely on board with because, as you know, Lena is perfect the way she is.
Luckily, it looks like Dunham is working out for all the right reasons. "It ain't about the ass, it's about the brain" is definitely going to be our fitness motto of the week. Also, we NEED those pants.
