Reports on Whitney Houston's daughter's condition have been varied since she was hospitalized on Saturday, January 31. We will continue to update this post as more details become available.
UPDATE Jan 31: Bobbi Kristina's father, singer Bobby Brown released a statement to E! News following her hospitalization.
"Privacy is requested in this matter," the 45-year-old said in the statement. "Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time."
CNN is reporting that Brown has been placed in a medically induced coma. The circumstances that led to her condition are unknown.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 21-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found Saturday morning in a bathtub full of water at her Roswell, Georgia home.
According to Roswell Police, Bobbi Kristina was not breathing when husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend found her at 10:23 a.m and began CPR.
She was then transported by ambulance to Roswell's North Fulton Hospital, where a police spokeswoman says she was breathing.
"They called 911, started CPR on her, and police arrived first," the spokeswoman told CNN. "We took over the lifesaving measures until the fire/rescue and an ambulance arrived."
The aspiring singer was in the news recently when the Houston family shared some scathing words about the Lifetime biopic, Whitney. Pat Houston, Whitney's sister-in-law and manager of her estate shared that the family wasn't involved and didn't see an advance copy before the film aired.
"Why wasn’t there a call to myself, Gary, Cissy or even her daughter? Why deny selected members of the family an advanced copy of the film? "
We wish Bobbi Kristina and her family the best.
