Zosia Mamet Gives Gray Hair A Try

Remember when going gray was something that our mothers fought against with all their might? Once upon a time, hair dye was a necessity once those silver streaks started; you'd get more than a side-eye if you let that gray grow in two weeks too long. But, the times, they are a-changing. Gray hair is now en vogue. Just ask Zosia Mamet.

The Girls star is the latest lady to adopt the hue on her head, but she isn't alone. Stars like Kylie Jenner have also taken the plunge to silver (although, to be fair, we're not sure there's a shade Kylie wouldn't try). Before turning her mane over to the metallic side, Zosia had gone platinum — possibly taking cues from her Girls costar Lena Dunham.

And, what, exactly, was the catalyst behind her inspiration? According to an interview with People, she just got bored. Well, that's something. When we editors get bored, we make some popcorn in the kitchen. But, stars aren't quite like us, are they?
