There must be something in the water over there in Brooklyn. Just a few weeks after wrapping up shooting for season 4 of Girls, Zosia Mamet showed off a brand-new hairdo, snipping her shoulder-length bob quite a few inches and dying it a bright platinum blonde. When we first spotted the crop on her Instagram, we had to do a double-take — it's nearly identical to the new 'do Lena Dunham showed off last month. What the what?
This may actually be the most Shoshanna thing Zosia has ever done. We can almost hear Shosh's voice: "You know, Lena, I think your hair looks totes amaze and really...um...current. Hey, I might do the same thing to mine. Do you think it would look good in a hair doughnut? Would it be weird if I posted a #WokeUpLikeThis selfie, too? I just love Bey."
Since Lena's influence runs so deep among her co-stars, who's next? Allison Williams, maybe? We wonder what a platinum Peter Pan would look like...
