This “Royals”-Singing Flight Attendant Is The Lorde Of The Skies

Flight delays blow — especially when you're traveling home for the holidays. Unless, of course, your flight attendant happens to keep a guitar handy and has Lorde stocked on her iTunes.

American Airlines flight attendant Robynn Shayne is enjoying some viral fame after covering Lorde's "Royals" for stranded passengers over the holidays. Even Lorde herself has tweeted her approval of Shane's lovely rendition.

"On a lovely winter day I came across my coworker Robynn who I noticed was carrying a guitar with her on our trip," wrote Nick Stracener, who posted the video of Robynn singing on YouTube. "I then asked her if she played and she said she loves to play and sing. Then this happened. Let's get this video viral for her and get her a record deal! OR GET HER ON THE ELLEN SHOW!"

Hey, ya never know. Maybe Shayne will sing her way to stardom. Maybe we'll get more than a pack of peanuts and some seltzer on our next flight. Maybe not. (Us Weekly)
