There are still three months to go before Allison Williams plays the titular role in NBC's live musical adaptation of Peter Pan on December 4, but the Girls star has already got the hair and wardrobe down. Don't worry, folks — it's just a wig.
Williams shared the first official photo of her transformation into Peter Pan, who she'll play opposite Christopher Walken's Captain Hook. She's got the pixie cut, the green get-up paired with what look to be turquoise Spanx and brown booties. Come to think of it, she could almost be an extra at a Greenpoint hipster party on Girls.

"The transformation begins," the actress wrote. "My first shoot as Pan. Fun fact: I was all ready to cut my hair, then was told by the folks who actually know what they're doing that a wig works better for everybody. So, December 4th, here we come. #wiglife #peterpanlive #nbc."
