Why You’re Not Seeing Results From Your Workout

If you're hitting the gym several times a week, you're officially in a better place than we are. Much respect. But, even though you're working out fairly often and skipping office cake day, you may not be seeing the results you had in mind. And, it can be super frustrating to put in all that effort with nada to show for it. So, what gives?
Sure, you can run the same loop every week, but eventually that won't feel as much of a challenge to your body. So, try switching up your routine. Also when you're mid-workout, remember to really push yourself. Most importantly, try not to be a couch potato when you're not at the gym. A weekend spent lounging on the couch can really throw a wrench in your exercise goals.
