It's Friday. Which means that whatever you do on those four other days of the week is going to feel 20 times more challenging when Monday rolls around. Yes, we're talking about your job. So, to help ease you through to 5 p.m., Edie Parker created a briefcase that trumps all others. While the brand is known for its pearly, piece-of-art clutches, designer Brett Heyman has upped the size of her classic bag and included a sleek top handle. Voilà! We've got a stunning piece of work wear that's way more pretty than practical…but we're okay with that.
The Edie Parker Briefcase launches on Whisper Editions today, a site dedicated to working with talented artists and brands to offer unique luxury products in small, exclusive amounts. And, though the name of the handbag suggests it means business, we have a feeling this tricolor, mini attaché case is just as weekend-ready as you are. Priced at a cool $2,495, the blue and coral, pearlescent, acrylic purse promises to fit your iPad Mini and a handful of small essentials. Should you try to fit your notes for the big presentation or the extra BlackBerry you use for office emergencies only, well, this bag is not for you. But, if you're more in the mood to prioritize tonight's party-hopping activities than fighting off the midday slump, then, Friday, you may be in love.
