This Toner Has A Cult Following For A Reason

I have a pretty elaborate skin-care regimen. The one thing that's missing, though, is a toner I like enough to use every day. That is, until I came across Pixi's Glow Tonic. And, since it has exfoliating properties, it makes the skin-care products I use after it absorb more quickly and thoroughly, so I feel like it's really optimizing my whole routine. Even my foundation, which usually starts to cake by the end of the day, looks better.
