Looking for a little hair inspiration on this Monday morning? Allow us to point you in the direction of Redken’s latest muse Sky Ferreira. Yep, our favorite model-slash-musician has finally bagged herself a beauty campaign. And, what an incredible one it is, too.
The much-loved salon brand has given its styling range a complete makeover and has tapped Ferreira to be the face of it. “She has an incredible spirit and a style all her own," explains Shane Wolf, Redken's worldwide general manager. "She has a story to tell, and she’s not afraid to tell it.” And, we wholeheartedly agree, judging by the songstress’s recent outpourings.
The images, shot by Matt Irwin in New York, will run alongside a social media campaign that aims to give a glimpse into this multitalented singer’s life. While we can only guess what this will actually entail, we look forward to seeing the results. If it is anything like Ferreira’s Twitter feed, it's going to be a thrilling ride.
