Remember that little feud between Gwyneth Paltrow and Vanity Fair? You know, the one where Gwyn tried to sway her famous friends to boycott the mag, in retaliation for a story they were researching on her? Well, Graydon Carter, the mag's editor-in-chief, recently confirmed that the Gwyneth Paltrow takedown is a go.
"Well, she sort of forced my hand," he told The Times of London. "We started a story on her, we have a very good writer and it will run." And, even though the article isn't going to do anything to patch things up with Paltrow, Carter doesn't seem to care. "Some famous people believe that they live in a cone of celebrity that protects them," he said. "But it doesn’t really exist anymore in LA unless they stay in." Neither party has indulged the exact details of what will be discussed in the article, but we think it's safe to say that it will be juicy. Is it wrong to be this excited? (Business Insider)
