"Blurred Lines" isn't all bad news, it seems. Emily Ratajkowski, one of the variously dressed and undressed models immortalized in Robin Thicke's music video, is now branching out from silent downward-dogging and moving into the world of the cinema. The UK-born actress was recently cast in a film adaptation of Gillian Flynn's murder suspense novel Gone Girl. In a small but substantial role, she'll act opposite Ben Affleck as his mistress. The story revolves around Nick Dunne, played by Affleck, who has been implicated in the disappearance of his wife, played by Rosamund Pike. Ratajkowski appears as Andie, a young college student with whom Nick has an affair before she decides to turn against him. According to The Wrap, the role was "hotly contested."
This is not Ratajkowski's first acting gig, however. In 2010, she played Gibby's girlfriend on iCarly. And just in case you're wondering how to say that mouthful of a last name, the "J" is silent. (The Wrap)
